AP Govt takes over merged mandals of Khammam
Hyderabad, Dec 6 (INN): Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary IYR Krishna Rao has informed that the issue of taking over of administration in the mandals transferred from Khammam district was discussed with Collectors of East and West Godavari districts and other line departments.
The Chief Secretary has further informed that the Administrative takeover is fully completed and salaries to all the employees are going to paid from Andhra Pradesh side for the month of December 2014 payable in January 2015.
The criminal code jurisdiction notification is also to be issued in about a week's time, it was also decided to start a Revenue Divisional Office at Yetipaka near about Bhadrachalam and look after administration in these mandals, he added.
