Dy CM inspects facilities at Gandhi Hospital Hyderabad, Dec 7 (INN): Deputy Chief Minister (Medical) Dr T Rajaiah on Sunday visited the Gandhi Hospital and interacted with the patients on the medical facilities being provided to them.
Speaking to media persons later, Dr Rajaiah said that the State Government was making all efforts to turn Gandhi Hospital as one of the best hospital in the country.
He pointed out that the government has sanctioned Rs 100 crore for the upgradation of Gandhi Hospital and assured that the patients would be provided the best facilities. He said that the shortage of staff would be addressed after the completion of process of bifurcation of employees.
Asking the hospital staff to be friendly with the patients, Dr Rajaiah warned of stern action against any kind of corruption in public hospitals.
Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Minister (Revenue) Mahmood Ali visited the Osmania General Hospital and inspected the Medicare facilities.
