Three rebel TDP MLAs gets Speaker's notice Hyderabad, Dec 8 (INN): Three rebel MLAs of Telugu Desam Party have been served notices by Telangana Assembly Speaker S Madhusudan Chary.
The MLAs - Teegala Krishna Reddy, Talasani Srinivas Yadav and Challa Dharma Reddy were served notices following a petition submitted by the Telugu Desam Legislature Party seeking their disqualification for defecting to the Telangana Rashtra Samithi under the provisions of Anti-Defection Law.
On December 4, the Speaker had served notices to two rebel MLAs of Congress party S Redya Naik and K Yadaiah who defected to the ruling TRS. Earlier, three other rebel MLAs - Vithal Reddy and Kanakaiah of Congress and Madan Lal of YSRCP were also served notices under Anti-Defection Law.
