Koppula Eshwar takes charge as Chief Whip
Hyderabad, Dec 19 (INN): Dharmapuri MLA Koppula Eshwar assumed charge as the Chief Government Whip at the State Assembly here on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, Eshwar thanked Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for entrusting him the responsibility and assured that he would perform up to his expectations.
He said elevation of a Scheduled Caste leader to the post Chief Whip would certainly boost the morale of the entire community. Stating that he has been associated with KCR for the last 14 years, he said he would continue to work with the Chief Minister for realisation of dream of Bangaru Telangana.
Kamareddy MLA Gampa Govardhan also assumed charge as Government Whip. Ministers Etala Rajender, Nayani Narasimha Reddy and T Harish Rao, Lok Sabha MP Balka Suman and other leaders were present on the occasion.
