KCR, Naidu greets people on Christmas Hyderabad, Dec 24 (INN): Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Wednesday greeted the people, especially Christians, on the occasion of Christmas to be celebrated across the world on Thursday.
In his message, the Chief Minister said that the Christmas symbolises peace, love, affection and brotherhood among the fellow human beings. He appealed to people to believe and practice in 'service to humanity is service to God."
Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu too has extended his greetings to the brothers and sisters of the Christian fraternity.
The Chief Minister said, 'Right from the radiance of the twinkling Christmas tree to the thoughtful gifts beneath it; from the fun associated with Santa's stealthy way of making everyone happy, to the wonderful carols and songs people sing - there is something beautiful about this day.'
He described Christmas as a festival of love, fulfillment, togetherness and joy. 'I hope you celebrate the festival with fervour and gaiety,' he added.
'I wish you spread cheer of this season and also be part of the development of the new State of Andhra Pradesh,' the Chief Minister said.
