TS Govt. not to intervene in TCS issue
Hyderabad, February 13: Telangana State IT Secretary Harpreet Singh has effectively ruled out any intervention in the TCS retrenchment issue stating that it was an 'employer-employee' issue and hence, is not covered under labour laws.
Talking to presspersons on Friday during the curtain raiser event of Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association (HYSEA), Singh also said that the IT exports for the year 2014-15 might be around Rs.63,000 crore and 20,000 more jobs are to be generated in the sector.
