Hyd Convention Centre gets "Best Landscape" award
Hyderabad, Feb 20 (INN): The Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre (NHCC), managed by Accor, had set another milestone by winning the prestigious award for the Best Landscape, under the category 'Best Garden Maintained by the Private Companies" for the sixth year in a row for its dedication and work in the area of horticulture.
The award was given by Horticulture Department Government of Telangana. The award was received by Jai Prakash (Executive Housekeeper NHCC) from IAS officer Rahul Sharma.
This Hotel Landscaper Area award aims to promote excellence in landscaping by recognizing the outstanding work for horticultural development. The award has been granted to Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre for its continuous focus on adopting and following the best practices in maintaining the hotel's landscape and horticultural care.
The hotel takes special initiative to ensure green belt development & have implemented effective steps to create a beautiful ambience at the property. The landscaping is done keeping in mind the environment aesthetics & sustainable development.
Speaking on the occasion, Jai Prakash said, 'We are honoured to be acknowledged for our efforts towards landscape development. The Hotels Landscaper Area award given by Government of Telangana is the accomplishment of the concentrated effort of our team who has worked hard to ensure a green and beautiful garden. We will continue to strive hard to maintain the ecological balance along with a beautifully landscaped property. '
Neil Paterson, General Manager - Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC presented the trophy to the entire team and extended his proud wishes and congratulations for their hard work, enthusiasm and the vital role each one played in maintaining such high standards of the landscape.
He also appreciated for consistency especially considering the hotel has won this award for the last 6 years. It was certainly a proud moment for the hotel team.
