Two nominations filed for MLC elections in AP
Hyderabad, Feb 21 (INN): Two independent candidates on Saturday have filed their nominations for the two Teachers' Constituency of Legislative Council of Andhra Pradesh.
While P Rajendra filed his nomination papers from East-West Godavari Teachers' Constituency, Grandhi Pardha Saradhi filed his papers from Krishna-Guntur Teachers' constituency.
The last date for filing of nominations is February 26. The nominations will be scrutinised on 27th February. The last date for withdrawal of candidature will be 2nd March and polling will be held on 16th March from 8 AM to 4 PM. The counting of votes will be done on 19th March.
