Newly married couple commits suicide
KADAPA: A couple, who got married three months ago, committed suicide at their residence in Mattipeddapuli Street here. According to police, Pathan Khaza Nawaz Khan (30) and Parhana (28) were found hanging on either side of a saree, which was tied to an iron rod of the ventilator inside their house.
Nawaz Khan, who was an auto rickshaw driver, was said to be addicted to liquor, which led to frequent quarrels with his wife. However, the exact reason behind the suicide is yet to be ascertained. Family members and relatives said the couple have no big problems to end their lives. Police registered a case and took up investigation.
