HYDERABAD: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao directed Advocate General K Rama Krishna Reddy to represent the case of the State before the Supreme Court in respect of bifurcation of judicial services between AP and TS.
The case pertaining to bifurcation of judicial services will come up for hearing in the apex court on Feb 24. The Chief Minister directed the AG to go to Delhi along with Law Secretary Santhosh Reddy.
The apex court has to initiate the appointment of district judges and junior civil Judges. The case is listed before the Chief Justice of India. Telangana will be represented by the Attorney General and the Advocate General.
