600 MW power plant in Adilabad soon
Hyderabad, Feb 24 (INN): Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will lay foundation shortly to 600 MW power project production unit with a capital investment of Rs. 3,570 Crores at Jaipur in Adilabad District.
It is a known fact that the state of Telangana is suffering from severe power shortage. The state government has initiated steps to handle the situation by announcing multiple power projects and this is one of them.
This is in addition to the existing 1200 MW unit there. The project will be completed and commissioned by December 2017.
