BJP Mahila Morcha to publicise welfare schemes
Hyderabad: Telangana BJP President G Kishan Reddy on Tuesday informed that the Mahila Morcha of State BJP would launch a massive programme to create awareness among women about various welfare schemes of the State and Central Governments.
Addressing the Executive Committee meeting of Mahila Morcha at the State BJP Headquarters at Nampally here, Kishan Reddy said that the benefits of welfare schemes could not reach the masses unless the women in the society are not sensitised about them. He said that the Mahila Morcha would create awareness camps on highlighting the benefits of all schemes of Central and State Governments like Aasra, loans and other steps being taken by the Centre for the empowerment and development of women. He said that awareness campaign would be conducted from village to State level. BJP Telangana Mahila Morcha president G Padmaja and other leaders also spoke.
