Book Train tickets 120 days in advance now Hyderabad, March 5 (INN): The Advance Reservation Period (ARP) for booking reserved train tickets will be increased from the existing 60 days to 120 days (excluding the date of journey) with effect from 1st April.
However, all the advance bookings done up to March 31 under the 60 days ARP will remain intact.
There will be no change in the case of certain daytime express trains where lower time limits for advance reservations are in force at present.
There will also be no change in the case of limit of 360 days for foreign tourists, the South Central Railway said in a press release here on Thursday.
