TFAS Sapta Swaraavadhaanam on 29th New Jersey, United States: Esteemed Telugu Cultural and Literary organization from New Jersey, United States, Telugu Fine Arts Society (TFAS) is conducting Sapta Swaraavadhaanam on September 29th in collaboration with Kalavedika.
Sapta Swaraavadhaanam is an innovative educational workshop designed to give a sense of 40 "Vivadi Ragas" and to create awareness to the world about these ragas, and to educate students and the general audience so that everybody in the world will come to know the importance of the 72 Melakartha Ragas, said TFAS President Madhu Anna and Kalavedia President Swathi Atluri in a press release.
This program is conducted in Celebration and Tribute to Dr. Mangalampalli Balamurali Krishna, said the organizers from both TFAS and Kalavedika.
For a given Lyric and Raga name composing on the spot by Avadhani - "Swara Veenapani" will perform a Saptha Swara Avadhanam with 7 lyricists and 7 musicians. Lyrics section will be guided by one Lyrical Scholar, and Music section will be guided by one Music Scholar.
There will be an audio release of Sri Balamurali songs "Madhura Swara Kamaakshi" and Sapta Swaraavadhaanam by Sri. Swara Veenapaani during this event.
