Housewife commits suicide
Hyderabad, Nov 10 (INN): A 25-year-old housewife committed suicide by setting herself ablaze.
According to Alwal police, the deceased - Nirmala, a vegetable vendor, took the extreme step on Wednesday night at her residence in Anjaiah Nagar.
She poured kerosene and set herself ablaze while she alone in the house. On hearing her screams, the neighbours gathered and shifted her to a nearby hospital where she succumbed while undergoing treatment.
Police suspect that Nirmala committed suicide allegedly due to the harassment of her husband Yadigiri, a labourer, who used to suspect her fidelity. They were married two years ago and had no children. Further investigations are on.
