Water Board official succumb to burns
Hyderabad, Nov 18 (INN): A 56-year-old woman died of burn injuries that she suffered accidentally while performing puja.
According to Chaitanyapuri police, the deceased - Suhasini, suffered serious burn injuries after her saree caught fire while she was performing pooja on the occasion of Karthika Purnia on November 10.
She was admitted to a private hospital where she died on Thursday night while undergoing treatment. Suhasini was the Assistant Planning Officer in the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board.
