Cyberabad SI among two killed in road accidents Hyderabad, Nov 22 (INN): A sub-inspector of Cyberabad Special Operations Team succumbed to the injuries that he suffered after the Maruti Swift car in which he was travelling turned turtle near Hayathnagar.
According to police, the accident happned on Sunday when the sub-inspectors - VC Bijju, B Venkatesh, C Ramesh Naik and N Ranjit were returning from Pasumamula village to Hayathnagar on Sunday night. They were immediately rushed to a private hospital where Bijju succumbed to the injuries on Tuesday morning.
The deceased, Bijju, was a native of Kerela. The condition of other three SIs, who are undergoing treatment at a private hospital, is said to be stable.
In another case, 35-year-old Sampath Kumar died of injuries that he suffered after the bike he was riding was hit by a tanker near Yadigiripalli on November 20. He was undergoing treatment at a private hospital where he succumbed to injuries on Monday night. Sampath, a resident of Chilka Nagar in Uppal, was a civil engineer and was working for a private firm.
