Love affairs lead to suicides
Hyderabad, Nov 26 (INN): In separate cases, love affairs led a girl and a boy to commit suicide in the city.
A 25-year-old youth, Phani Kumar, committed suicide by hanging to the ceiling fan at his residence in Jaya Nagar in Kukatpally on Friday night. According to KPHB police, Phani was in love with a girl for last few months.
However, recently she got married to another man. Police suspect that failure in love could be the reason that could have led Phani to resort to the extreme step.
In another case, a 25-year-old girl, Monika, of SBI Colony, committed suicide by hanging to the ceiling fan after she was rebuked by her uncle for having a love affair with a boy. Bowenpally police are investigating the case.
