Three workers electrocuted to death
Medak, Dec 22 (INN): Three persons were electrocuted to death on Thursday when they accidentally came in contact with a live high voltage wire at Sanjeevaraopeta in Narayankhed mandal of Medak district.
The deceased - Sivaiah (45), his son Shankar (20) and another person Narsimhulu (35) were construction workers. While doing centering works at a newly constructed house, the trio came in contact with a live electricity wire while lifting iron rods from the ground floor. They died on the spot.
Sivaiah's son Shankar was doing post-graduation in a local college and he came to the work site to help his father. Narayankhed police have registered a case in this connection.
