RTC to operate 1,000 buses for Medaram Jatra
Hyderabad, Jan 19 (INN): The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation will operate 1,000 buses for four-day Medaram Samakka Sarakka Jatra beginning from February 8 in Eturinagaram mandal in Warangal district.
According to a statement, the RTC said that it would operate one luxury bus from MG Bus Station for every 20 minutes. Apart from Hyderabad, the RTC would run special buses from all Telangana districts to Warangal for the festival.
The RTC said that it has made all arrangements to meet the huge rush of pilgrims during the largest tribal festival and appealed to the passengers to avail its services.
