New house numbering in all GHMC circles soon
Hyderabad, March 6 (INN): Minister for Municipal Administration M Mahidhar Reddy on Tuesday stated that the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation was contemplating to take up New House numbering programme in all circles.
Replying to a question raised by MLAs D Sudheer Reddy and Kuna Srisailam Goud in the State Legislative Assembly, the minister said that Rs 1.2 crore was allotted for the same in 2011-12 and Rs 3 crore was proposed under budget 2012-13.
He said that the numbering programme has already been taken up and it would be completed by end of March - 2014.
