Stage set for ATA's 12th Conference in Atlanta

The organizing team of ATA 12th Conference and Youth Convention is ready to roll a red carpet welcome to all registrants, donors, speakers and invited guests on July 6th to Atlanta, Georgia and provide you with a hospitality that all would enjoy throughout your stay during the conference.

It is strongly encouraged to come early and check-in to the hotel to get ready to enter into the Georgia World Congress Center Ballroom for the conference kick-off extravaganza Banquet dinner which is set to start with a social hour at 5.00 PM.

The decorations provided by the local artist will set the stage for the evening which includes a prestigious awards ceremony, a carefully selective menu of appetizers, entrees and desserts.

Stage appearance by Tollywood celebrities such as Illeana, Sneha Ullal, Hamsa Nadini, Dil Raju, Surender Reddy, Thaman, Venu Madhav, AVS etc. finally an evening entertainment by US talent as well as a child Prodigy Bhuvan Kruthi and Popular singer Vijayalakshmi from Andhra Pradesh.

GAZAL SRINIVAS will be honored for his services to community as well as his accomplishments in singing. He will also sing his gazals at the banquet night.

Friday morning ATA Cricket Cup tournament will be held at Georgia Tech Turf filed. Former Indian Cricket captain and Member of Parliament Mohammed Azharuddin will toss the coin and winning team will receive cup from him during banquet dinner.

The inaugural day is on July 7th where the curtain opens with a dance paying tribute to our culture and our efforts to preserve it here in America. The Chief Guest for the inaugural program is Pallam Raju, Union Minister of State for Defense, India who was NRI returned back to India.

We have several other guests bringing in a message from various walks of life including AP Ministers DK Aruna, Sreedhar Babu and Anam Ramnarayan Reddy. We have various spiritual leaders attending the conference including Jeer Swamy.

The afternoon activities include semi-final competitions 'JUMMANDHI NADAM' for singing and 'SAYYANDI PADAM' for dancing.

In addition there are several forums and seminars that you all would be excited to attend and learn about various issues. We even have regional development forums to see if you can convey a message to your village mandal or district how you can help them in their issues.

We have various programs with famous TV personalities for live broadcasting where you can participate to live television audience across USA and Andhra Pradesh.

The evening activities includes tantalizing youth shows, Lifetime achievement award to VEMPATI CHINNA SATYAM for his contribution to the advancement of Kuchipudi dance, various classical and semi classical and Tollywood dances and ending with Tollywood comedians AVS, Venu Madhav, Raghu Babu, Gundu Hanumantha Rao, Hema, Srinivas Reddy.

Morning and afternoon sessions of July 8th include Ashtavadhanam by Garikapati Narasimha Rao, a famous literary figure, CME seminar, Tollywood Meet where ILLEANA, SNEHA ULLAL, SURENDER REDDY, DIL RAJU etc will interact with audience.

The evening session would again have special cultural events including GORETI VENKANNA'S folk songs and with grand final musical extravaganza by THAMAN, Music Director of recent hit movies, Dookudu, Businessman etc.

You will be treated to a great hospitality with breakfast, lunch and dinner each day of the conference and the food would be mouthwatering from the first bite as it has been carefully selected to represent the various regions of Andhra Pradesh.
