Wine shops closed for Bonalu
HYDERABAD: Wine shops will be closed in view of the two-day Bonalu festival here on Friday. Commissioner of police Anurag Sharma said that wine shops, including bars in restaurants (excluding Bars in Star Hotels and Registered Clubs) within the limits of Hyderabad city shall remain closed from 6 am on July 15 to 6 am on July 17.
In order to facilitate proper control and regulation of traffic in connection with Bonalu at Lal Darwaza, police imposed traffic restrictions in Charminar, Mirchouck and Falaknuma localities towards Lal Darwaza on July 16 from 12 noon to 10 pm.
