Dr. YSR jayanthi celebrations in New Jersey

New Jersey: Dr.Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy Foundation (USA) has celebrated YSR Jayanthi at Thompson Park, New Jersey, USA. About 500 YSR followers of North East USA attended this family picnic, including a lot of women and children have participated in this event.
The organizers of this event Alla Rami Reddy, Rajeshwar Gangasani, Dr. Raghava Reddy, Suresh Reddy, Hari Velkur, Srikanth Gudipati, Shiva Meka, Vijay Battula, Nagi Reddy Vuyyuru, Koti Arikatla, Srikanth Lakkasagaram, Ramana Reddy and Nagesh Mukkamalla have thanked the attendees and guests. Ex-RTC Chairman Gone Prakash Rao was the chief guest and prominent people from various Telugu organizations have attended.
Organizers mentioned that they have started a Dr.Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy Foundation in the USA two years ago. It is a 100% service oriented non-profit organization.
Prime focus of this organization is to keep the legacy of the great leader Dr.YSR. The foundation has been organizing YSR Jayanthi and Vardhanthi events last 3 years.
YSR Foundation will serve as a platform to help poor students, fund water purification projects, conduct health camps, and run blood donation camps in both the USA and India.
Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy Foundation President Alla Rami Reddy invited all guests on to the stage and explained the history of Foundation and need to continue the legacy of Dr. YSR. In his speech, Rami Redy mentioned that Jalayagnam projects are being neglected. Rami Reddy thanked all the donors and volunteers who made this event possible.
NATA Executive Vice President Rajeshwar Reddy Gangasani explained how people of Andhra Pradesh are missing Dr. YSR. None of the YSR popular programs are being implemented properly and industries are struggling due to power cuts.
Congress leaders are travelling between Delhi and Hyderabad to keep their seats and none of them are thinking about normal people.
NATA BOD Dr. Raghava Reddy Ghosala has explained the main focus of Dr. YSR Foundation in coming months as Foundation is planning to concentrate on Sponsor an Orphan/ Physically/ mentally challenged child, Sponsor a neglected senior citizen, Student scholarships to meritorious student.
Dr. Reddy further said that on behalf of the Dr. YSR Foundation, the followers in the North East area are organizing a blood donation drive in Philadelphia on September 8th, 2012 in commemoration of the beloved leader's 3rd vardhanti.
NATA BOD Mahender Musuku has analyzed the recent election results as greatest victory for YSR Congress and even after all parties joined together to defeat YSR Congress in Parkal, Konda Surekha has managed to get that many votes.
YSR Congress will be a leading party in Andhra Pradesh regardless of the region and NRIs should support our young dynamic leader YS Jagan.
Ex-RTC Chairman Gone Prakash Rao praised Dr. YSR for his determination and courage declaring 'It's my responsibility whether we win or lose' even after all parties formed Maha Kootami.
Now YS Jagan has more popularity than any other leader in the history of Andhra Pradesh and in 2014 Jagan will become the CM.
Other Leaders Sikanth Gudipati and Srikath Lakkasagaram, Bhanoji Reddy garu also spoke on the occasion. Yadi Reddy (India) has written a poem on Dr. YSR and read it.
Program started with two minute silence to remember Dr. YSR and another NRI YSR Follower Ravinder Reddy Kakulavaram who recently passed away.
At the end, Gone Prakash Rao has cut the YSR birthday cake. He gave away prizes to mMusical chair winner Revanth Reddy and Runner Ajan.
