GHMC to deny occupancy certificates to violators
Hyderabad, Nov 2 (INN): The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation on Saturday warned the builders, property owners and developers that the corporation would not issue Occupancy Certificates if they construct ramps on the footpaths or road margins.
GHMC Commissioner MT Krishna Babu said that as per the provisions of HMC Act, 1955, the Occupancy Certificates to people who construct ramps on the footpaths or road margins and open the gates towards roadside. He appealed to the builders, property owners and developers to follow the rules.
