Car falls off PVNR flyover lands on another car
HYDERABAD: In a freak mishap, a car collided with another car on the PVNR Expressway on Wednesday and then rolled down the railing of the flyover and fell on another car below.
None was injured in the mishap though the three vehicles were partially damaged. Following the accident, which took place near Upparapalli in Rajendranagar police limits, traffic was paralysed for a couple of hours.
The driver of the first car, a Hyundai i10, fled the scene. Police said the Hyundai i10, belonging to one Jaganmohan Reddy, hit an Indica while coming down the ramp of the expressway.
The i10 fell down on an Innova that was coming from Rajendranagar. The Indica belongs to one Sridhar Reddy while one Indraneel Dutta owns the Innova.
