ATA declared March as Women's Day Month
American Telugu Association (ATA) designated the whole month of March as 'ATA Women's Day Month' on the occasion of International women's day of 2013.
ATA planned to celebrate women's day in different cities in US, the focus will be to inspire, celebrate achievement, appreciate and recognize women, interactive sessions with successful women in corporate sector, women issues, activism in social organization, leveraging social media and domestic violence in America.
It is an occasion to meet and greet women from all around, to talk to eminent personalities, share views, opinions and also to network.
ATA planned the following locations to celebrate Women's day in USA:
1. Washington DC Metro Area is on March 9th,
2. NY/NJ is celebrating on March 10th.
3. Philadelphia is on March 8th,
4. Dallas is on March 23rd,
5. Chicago is on March 24th.
