SiliconAndhra announces Maatlaata competitions SiliconAndhra ManaBadi is happy to announce the 'Telugu Maatlaata' competitions for the first time ever in North America. These competitions are modeled on the fabled Spelling Bee, Jeopardy and Just A Minute.
As you all know by now, children capable of speaking multiple languages are smarter and excel better in their careers. Also it has been proved that any language learned by the age of 12 will be remembered throughout the life. As the world is becoming a global village, multilingual skills immensely help the next generation children to make their mark. Telugu is spoken by about 160 Million people across the world. Given that, SiliconAndhra has been striving for the last seven years to impart Telugu language to the children that are brought up in USA through ManaBadi. Thousands of kids are now proficient in speaking, writing and reading Telugu confidently by attending ManaBadi classes across USA.
With the intent of introducing Telugu language to more and more children, SiliconAndhra ManaBadi is planning to conduct 'Telugu Maatlaata' competitions. Sri Danji Thotapalli is the Coordinator. These competitions are OPEN to all the children who are living in USA. SiliconAndhra plans to reward all the participating children in a suitable way and the winners would receive grand prizes. The winners would be widely profiled in the media both in USA and India.
