Houston TCA to celebrate Ugadi on Apr 13th
Houston, Texas, USA: Telugu Cultural Association (TCA) of Houston is celebrating Vijayanama Samvatsara UGADI event on April 13th, 2013 at Sri Meenakshi temple from 2.00 PM onwards. Ugadi is Telugu New Year Day for people of Andhra Pradesh origin based on Hindu calendar. This event is co-sponsored by several Telugu National organizations ' TANA, NATA and ATA.
TCA Executive Team is planning for a signature cultural program involving Music, Comedy, Dance, Skits, Literature, Instruments, Panchanga Shravanam (Fortune Telling) and many other variety items to entertain guests.
TCA appreciates help from volunteers and donors and is looking forward to work closely with everyone in bringing the Telugu events to the Telugu community across Greater Houston area.
