Indo-US Tax seminars a grand success NJ NATA team organized FREE-Seminars on Saturday, April 13 at Crowne Plaza Edison, 2055 Lincoln Hwy, Edison, NJ. The event was led by SrinivasGanagoni (BOD) under the direct supervision and guidance of Dr. Pailla Malla Reddy (Advisory Council), Dr. Sanjeeva Reddy (President), and Mohan Patalolla (Jt. Treasurer). The NJ team consists of Rajeshwar Reddy Gangasani (BOD), Suresh Reddy (BOD), MahenderMusuku (ED), Hari Velkur (BOD), Rami Reddy (BOD), Mahesh Bigala (PR Chair), Raman Devulapalli (RVP), Sreedhar Gudala (RVP), Anna Reddy( Membership Chair), Naresh Chintalacheruvu (CS Co-Chair), SarathVeta (RC), Arun Sri Ramineni(RC), Krishna Siddhada (RC), Srikanth Penumada (RC), Srinivas Ranabothu(RC) actively participated and helped making the event successful.
The entire event was telecast live via NATA Channel in YUPPTV. Over 150 people presented onsite whereas over 500 people viewed the event remotely via NATA Channel in YUPPTV. Since the topics are current and it reflects the present situations in America, all the audience are very much involved and made it as an interactive session by asking many questions to the speakers.

NJ Senator Sam Thompson attended the event and provided his view on Obama's Comprehensive Immigration Reform and he interacted with the community leaders and also felicitated all the speakers of the event.
The community leaders from various organizations such as NanduBalija (President, HATCC), Sridhar Chillara (CEO, TV5-USA),HariEppanapally (President, LeadIndia2020), DamuGedala (Advisor, TFAS), ManjuBhargava (President, TFAS), SrinivasGandi (Secretary, TFAS), Mohan Krishna Mannava (Jt. Secretary, NATS), Ravi Potluri (President, TAGDV), RajaniKaruturi (President, PFL), ChayaPamula (President, SOFKIN) Prasad Tanjerla (Secretary, SOFKIN),Ravi Dhannapueneni (Kalabharathi), VenkatRajamChiluka (Kalabharathi), SrinivasKaruturi (PFL), Ranjith (NATS) graced the occasion.
Keshab Raj Seadie who is an Immigration Attorney from NY, provided insight on what is in Obama's Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill and how it affects the immigrant community. There are so many details that he shared with the audience including a path to citizenship" for the 11 million or so undocumented immigrants who live here currently.
If Bill passes in the Senate, all the people who are here on or before Dec 31, 2011 can apply for a temporary work permit and follow the guidelines set by the US Government to get the Green Card and eventually the citizenship. The objective is to help build the American economy and strengthen American families.
This Bill also introduces a strong Employment-Verification system that will prevent identity theft and end the hiring of future unauthorized workers. Also establish an improved process for admitting future workers to serve America's workforce needs, while simultaneously protecting all workers. This bill is getting ready to present to senate for approvals.
Ziad K Abdelnour, who is a President and CEO of Blackhawk Partners Inc and Author of 'Economic Warfare' spoke on the topic of Financial Investment Concepts & Investment Outlook For 2013, he personally shared his story how became a billionaire who came to America from Lebanon with his creative ideas and willingness to take risk in the life.
He inspired the audience with a new energy by giving the tips to think different and be one of the wealth creators. He gave a different dimension for a success and audience are very much involved and asked many questions on the wealth creation. It was an exciting, unconventional interactive session, and the audience are totally involved and left with unique perspective on Investment outlook.
Cecil Nazareth spoke on the subject of US-India Tax Planning and shared many US and International tax laws and precautions that everyone should take to avoid fines and even imprisonment.
He also gave many details on the credits available and he mentioned that most of the people from our community never took advantage of those credits due to lack of awareness. He strongly urges the community to follow the tax laws and be happy in the life. All the attendees thanked NATA for organizing such an informative sessions.
