Dr. Vijaya Vellanki died in a Car Accident
Ashburn, Virginia, USA: Dr. Vijaya Vellanki of Ashburn, Virginia passed away in a car accident last week. She worked as a family practitioner in Sterling and Leesburg, VA, and at the Montgomery Health Center in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Dr. Vijaya is 40 years old. She is survived by husband who works in the IT field and 12 year old twin children who are in 6th grade.
Her mortal remains were transported to Andhra Pradesh and last rites were performed this week.
Capital Area Telugu Society (CATS) and friends expressed their condolences to the family and prayed that Dr. Vijaya Vellanki's soul to rest in peace.
