TEA to foster Entrepreneurship among Telugus


 
Dallas, Texas: Entrepreneurship is key to development of an individual, a company or a community, said Gurram Srinivas Reddy, founder of Telugu Entrepreneurs Association (TEA) in a program held here on Saturday.

Telugu Entrepreneurs Association (TEA) was created with the objective of Fostering Entrepreneurship among Telugu community. Given the strong Entrepreneurial spirit among Telugu community around the globe there is a need for focused initiative to help nurture that spirit and provide the guidance and support to be successful. TEA strives to bring together the thought leaders in several industry fields to spread ideas and message. Joining this privileged group one can increase ones chances for success by sharing and learning from others.

TEA is a non-profit, volunteer run organization singularly focused on fostering Entrepreneurship among Telugu community.

TEA's organizational goals, aims and objectives are geared towards wealth creation through Entrepreneurship.

TEA was founded in 2010 Dallas, Texas by successful entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and senior professionals who are from Andhra Pradesh region in India.

TEA provides a platform to bring people in our Telugu community together across the globe into a trusted network, connected with same passion.

Objectives of TEA

Dedicate to the virtuous cycle of wealth creation and giving back to the community.
Focus on generating and nurturing our next generation of Telugu entrepreneurs.
Support TEA-Young Entrepreneurs' (TYE) program to foster entrepreneurship in our youth, and TEA-Women's forum for empowering women entrepreneurs.

TEA's plan is to amplify the value derived by the members in the following way:
' Build network of Industry experts that are accessible to TEA members.
' Create channels for members to connect to Angel investor and Venture Capital Community.
' Promote One-on-One mentorship programs.
' Drive programs/events to create economic and social impact to the community.

Mr. Reddy recently received NATA 2014 Excellence Award from the most successful Telugu entrepreneurs in North America. Also, the entire NATA executive committee honored Mr. Gurram Srinivas Reddy for starting the Global Telugu Entrepreneurs Association-TEA to foster entrepreneurship among Telugu community.

Gurram Srinivas Reddy dedicates this NATA excellence award 2014 to his parents, his wife Dr. Srilatha Reddy, three children, all the TEA office bearers, volunteers, and the people who adapted to the TEA ideology.
