Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam was a socially conscious rocket scientist and served as 11th President of India (2002-2007) but more importantly he created a roadmap for the nation called Vision2020 to see India as a developed nation by the year 2020, said Hari Eppanapally, Chairman of the Lead India 2020 Foundation (USA) while paying tributes to Dr. Kalam.
