AP Minister Not Picking Harish Rao Calls
Few days back it was reported that AP Minister for irrigation Devineni Umamaheshwara Rao was invited by Telangana Irrigation Minister T.Harsih Rao for talks of smoothing out the growing wrinkles between the two States over the construction of lift irrigation projects by Telangana.
Harish Rao invited Uma for a meeting to discuss various contentious issues and this include RDS, water share and proposed projects on Godavari.T Harish Rao today addressing media said that though he had tried to contact AP irrigation minister Devineni Uma Maheshwara Rao, there was no response.
Harish Rao stated that he has received no response from Andhra Pradesh Minister for Irrigation Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao despite his repeated attempts. He added that he had personally called Uma five times to discuss about Pulichinthala Project and yet has got no response from his end. Harish also reminded about his successful dealings with Maharashtra and Karnataka minsiter when similar issues raised.
