KCR pays tribute to Prof. Jayashankar
Hyderabad, June 21 (INN): Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao paid rich tributes to Telangana ideologue Prof Jayashankar Rao on his death anniversary here on Tuesday.
Addressing party cadre after paying floral tributes to the late leader, the Chief Minister said that it was the strong resolute of Prof Jayashankar that motivated the people of Telangana to strive for the statehood for Telangana. He said that the late leader made strenuous efforts in the statehood movement and urged the people to work for the State's development and cherish the dreams of the Telangana ideologue.
Rajya Sabha MP and TRS Secretary General K. Keshav Rao and other party leaders also paid floral tributes to Prof. Jayashankar at the party headquarters in Hyderabad. TRS leaders across the state paid tributes to the late leader on his death anniversary.
