Redesigning of projects a scam: Bhatti Karimnagar, June 22 (INN): TPCC working president Bhatti Vikramaka came down heavily on Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao saying that TRS made numerous populist promises only to gain votes during elections.
Speaking to reporters here on Wednesday, Bhatti alleged that the TRS Government was making money in the name of redesigning the existing projects. He said that the government was least bothered about the sufferings of the farmers and was busy in making money through various projects. "It's a big scam," he remarked.
He said that the Congress party would mobilize 50,000 party workers in each district and organize protests against the state government's anti-people and anti-farmers policies. He demanded the State Government implement Land Acquisition Act to compensate the oustees of Mallanna Sagar project.
