#Brexit: UK Votes To Leave EU, PM Quits
In a shocking development, Britain has voted to leave the European Union and voted in favour of Brexit: British exit from the European Union. About 382 centers for Brexit polling have been arranged across Great Britain comprising England, Wales, Irland and Scotland. 71.8 percent voting was recored and it was the highest turnout at a UK-wide vote since 1992. Among the voters 51.8 percent voted for Brexit and 48.2 percent voted for Remain.

Speaking to media he said he would attempt to "steady the ship" over the coming weeks and months but that "fresh leadership" was needed.The PM had urged the country to vote Remain but was defeated by 52% to 48% despite London, Scotland and Northern Ireland backing staying in.
