SI suicide case: Investigating Officer dropped
Investigating officer in Kukunoorpally SI Ramakrishna Reddy suicide case, Pratap Reddy has been relieved of his responsibility, informed DIG Akun Sabharwal on Sunday.
The investigating officer had faced the wrath of the higher officials for making public the details of the case, sources said. The case will now be handled by Medak SP and DIG Akun Sabharwal, sources informed.
On Saturday, the state government has transferred eight police officials who were said to be allegedly involved in the case.
