Jagan accuses Naidu with faction politics Kadapa, Dec 25 (INN): Leader of Opposition and YSRC chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Sunday alleged that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and his party was encouraging faction politics to disturb the peaceful atmosphere of Vempalli in Kadapa district.
On Sunday, Jagan Reddy met the family members of of Ramireddy, vice-president of YSRC of Vempalli mandal, who was allegedly killed by TDP workers.
Speaking to media persons later, the YSRC chief came down heavily on the TDP chief saying that he was resorting to cheap politics by encouraging faction rivalry in the region. He said that late Ramireddy was an emerging leader and the TDP could not digest his growth as a political leader and had killed him.
Chandrababu should be ashamed for indulging in such dirty politics. He can stoop to such low for political mileage, Mr Jagan said. He said that the TDP had failed to deliver on poll promises and was resorting to such acts to divert the attention of people from development issues.
