TS Govt releases Abhay Hastham Pension Dues
Hyderabad, Dec 31 (INN): Telangana Government has released the dues of Abhay Hashtam pension schemes.
Panchayat Raj Minister Jupally Krishna Rao informed that dues of Rs. 46.17 Crore towards Abhay Hashtam scheme would be deposited in the accounts of 96,908 pensioners in all districts of Telangana, except Hyderabad. The amount will be released on January 2.
About Abhaya Hastam program, Government introduced Pension and Insurance Scheme for the Self Help Group (SHG) women in November 2009 to provide income security in their old age. The aim was to provide security to all enrolled SHG women with dignity in their old age.
