Naidu misleading on Polavaram: Congress Vijayawada, Dec 31 (INN): APCC president N Raghuveera Reddy on Saturday found fault with the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu saying that he was misleading the people on Polavaram issue.
Speaking to media persons, Raghuveera Reddy said that Chandrababu Naidu was claiming that he had vowed not to assume office of the CM till the Centre merged six mandals, facing submergence due to Polavaram, with AP.
He said that it was the UPA government that brought in Ordinance to merge six mandals into AP and state government had not played any role in it.
Raghuveera Reddy alleged that the TD government did not hand over the Polavaram project to the Centre only to get commission from the project.
He alleged that the TD government was indulging in publicity of Chandrababu Naidu in the name of constructing the project. He said that the government was risking the lives of officials by involving them in the publicity works of the Chief Minister.
