CPM vows to fight anti-people policies Dornakal, Jan 12 (INN): CPM secretary Tammineni Veerabhadram on Thursday said that his party would continue its fight to attain social justice till every section of the society got its due share.
Speaking at a programme as part of the party's Mahajana Padayatra here, Veerabhadram said that there was an urgent need to create awareness among the people about the need to question the rulers about their failure in delivery the promised development and added that his party was sincerely creating awareness on this front.
Launching a scathing attack on the ruling TRS government, the CPM leader said that the CM was afraid of the Left party since it was continuously questioning the government on its failure to fulfill poll promises.
Earlier, the CPM leader visited Bhaktramdas Ethipotala project at Tirumalayapalem mandal in Khammam district. Speaking to media persons there, the CPM leader said that the state government was indulging in massive irregularities in the name of redesigning of projects. He demanded the state government to implement Land Acquisition Act 2013 while acquiring farmers' land. He also alleged that the Congress has failed in fulfilling the role of Opposition party in questioning the government's failure on various fronts.
