GHMC Commissioner inspects MG Bus Station
Hyderabad, Jan 27 (INN): GHMC Commissioner Dr. B. Janardhan Reddy made a surprise inspection to Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station on Friday and personally inspected the civic amenities like maintenance of toilets etc., as a part of Swachh Survekshan programme.
The GHMC Commissioner interacted with the officials of RTC and praised the maintenance of the toilets. He directed the officials to provide two separate dust bins for segregation of dry and wet garbage. He also requested them to impose fine on those found urinating in open and throwing of garbage waste.
Janardhan Reddy also inspected the Imblibun Park and observed play materials for children, gardening works and other civic related works which are being taken up in the park. Most of the children were playing with the sports material provided by the GHMC.
Zonal Commissioner (South) B. Srinivas Reddy, Additional Commissioner Jayaraj Kennedy, Deputy Commissioner Krishna Shekar, Urban Diversity Director Damodar and other senior officials have participated in the visit.
