Four Lakh Houses in Feb first week Amaravati, Jan 28: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said the zero budget natural farming being adopted by Andhra Pradesh received acclaim from all over the world. He said knowledge and technology should be used perfectly to improve living standards. He asked the district collectors to resolve the grievances of people received during the recent Janma Bhoomi programme to increase satisfaction levels of people.

Addressing District collectors through a video conference from secretariat here today, the Chief Minister said incentives would be given to those officials who worked hard to achieve good satisfaction level of people. Expressing happiness over success of Jayaho BC sadassu at Rajahmundry, the Chief Minister said 10 corporations will be set up for BC castes to establish identity to the particular castes and instil confidence among them. With this the number of corporations will increase to 22. He said taking poverty as criteria a focus approach would be adopted for economic uplift of people of all sections. He said A BC sub plan would be implemented. The decisions of the state govt will be placed before the cabinet and if necessary Assembly session to be held January 30.
The Chief Minister said at the interests of poor people in forward castes also would be protected at the same time. He stressed the need for reviving hereditary professions (Chetivruttulu). He said there was good response from people over increasing pensions and announcing several sops to BCs. He said Guntur district stands ahead with 80.84 per cent public satisfaction over govt services. He asked the district collectors to perform well to win the confidence of people by improving delivery mechanism of welfare programmes.
The Chief Minister said officials should take initiative to fulfil the targets in Yuvanestam, employment generation, drinking water supply and housing projects. He said the state govt would sanction necessary funds through green channel to speed up the programmes.
Later secretary (I&PR) B Ramanjaneyulu gave a presentation on the successful visit of AP delegation led by Minister for IT Nara Lokesh for World Economic Forum summit at Davos. He said the global leaders appreciated the efforts of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in taking forward the state ahead in all sectors.
The officials aid of the 55540 applications received for ration cards during Janma Bhoomi programme 40,040 applications were cleared and 8476 applications are under scrutiny. The officials said 10,033 new ration cards were distributed in addition to 5196 split ration cards and 24,811 cards will be distributed soon.
The Chief Minister said 4 lakh houses will be inaugurated from February 2 to 4. Guntur Collector Kona Sasidhar said 28000 applications regarding dotted lands were solved and 10,000 house sites will be distributed. Krishna district collector B Lakshmikantam said Assam govt appreciated the digitalisation being adopted in Krishna district and a team of officials from Assam visited the district. They are going to follow the same pattern in their state.
When IT advisor J Satyanarayana explained on the smart card developed with QR code with all the details of lands under Bhudar programme, the Chief Minister said that all the details of lands should be incorporated in the card. The Chief Minister asked the Ministers to proceed to Delhi to bring pressure on central govt for the release of funds under NREGS.
FELICITATION TO BEST PARTNERS OF SMART VILLAGE PROGRAMME:Later the Chief Minister felicitated state level best partners in implementing smart village and smart ward programme. It may be noted that several partners have put in exemplary efforts for mobilising financial resources and motivating communities towards development. The Smart Andhra Pradesh Foundation has selected the best partners across the state who have adopted villages and wards.
