Spurned by his love interest, lecturer ends life
HYDERABAD: A 33-year-old lecturer working in a corporate college Chenna Kesava Rao committed suicide after his girl friend allegedly refused his marriage proposal. The incident took place at Avanthinagar under Sanathnagar police limits.
According to police, the deceased, who was married four years ago, was in love with a B.Tech student for the past six years. His girl friend recently came to the city in search of a job.
On Friday, Chenna Kesava Rao invited his girl friend to his home for dinner and proposed to her. When she refused he hanged himself to the ceiling in the presence of the girl.
