Actor Krishna named board member of new film city HYDERABAD: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao took everyone by surprise by asking film actor G Krishna to be a member of the board of the proposed film city to be developed near Hyderabad.
KCR, while speaking at a function after inaugurating a cancer hospital in the city, said that since Krishna was staying in Hyderabad, he should be on the board of the film city and help in its development using his vast experience in the film industry.
Reacting to Rao's offer, Krishna praised the Chief Minister sky high and felt that the film city should be named after KCR. He pointed out that KCR was a man of action.
