KCR leaving for Delhi tonight Hyderabad, October 9: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will leave for New Delhi tonight to take up pending issues of Telangana government with the Centre.
He will meet Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and press the case of the State government for immediate bifurcation of the High Court. He was likely to request the Centre to establish separate High Courts for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh but let them function within the same premises as now until the High Court of Andhra Pradesh was shifted to that State.
Rao will also call on Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley to enquire about his health after being discharged from hospital, according to TRS MP B. Vinod Kumar.
