KCR opens 'TREDA property show' in Hyderabad


 
Hyderabad, Oct 17 (INN): The Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA) launched the three day 'TREDA Property Show 2014' here on Friday.

The property show was inaugurated by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao while Union Minister for Urban Development M Venkaiah Naidu was the Guest of Honour and Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao was the Special Guest.

The TREDA Property Show will be open to a mix of the populace, including prospective property purchasers, business leaders, investors, architects, designers, consultants, developers, government officials, managers, policy makers, educationists, academicians, students, expats, etc.,

With 180 stalls leading Real Estate Developers, Builders, Housing Finance Companies, Material Manufacturers, Suppliers, Banks, will display their latest properties and services offered to prospective buyers. In the previous year, the TREDA property show had registered over 50,000 visitors and this year the count is estimated to increase.

The three day property show had 180 stalls with leading Real Estate Developers & Builders showcasing their latest properties- independent flats to villas for prospective buyers.

In the previous year, APREDA property show had registered over 50,000 visitors and this year the count is expected to go beyond 60,000. The property developers who participated include best of the Indian real estate and construction companies.

Few of the key participants would include ' HMRL - Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited, Registration & Stamps Department, BSNL, GHMC, HMDA and Akshaya Patra. Leading Banks and Housing Financial Institutions like LICHFL, SBI, DHFL, HDFC Ltd, ICICI, SBH, Andhra Bank, Central Bank of India, Punjab Housing Finance will also be providing special services to visitors.

TREDA Property Show is offering many attractive prizes in the Lucky Dip for all visitors such as the Bumper Prize of Hyundai Eon car and 2 Tata Nano cars, and daily draws of Gold and Silver Coins 3 times during the day. The draw will be held for visitors who register themselves. Entry is FREE for all the visitors.

The Conference on 'Resurgent Hyderabad-Tomorrow Beckons' intends to discuss the key subjects: 'Contouring Hyderabad ' Vision to Realty and 'Brand Hyderabad'. The conference, jointly organised by National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO TS) & TREDA, and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), an international property consultant as the Knowledge Partner.

The conference will have eminent national Panelists from the industry and various leading institutions who will share their knowledge on Hyderabad which has a rich history of 400 years.

Commenting on the occasion, TREDA President P Dasharath Reddy said, 'TREDA Property Show 2014 has received an overwhelming response from the real estate fraternity on a positive note.

It has also provided a perfect platform for new buyers where they have got an opportunity to seek the right advice from industry experts. I would like to thank each and every visitor and exhibitors for their support that helped in making this event interesting.'

He further emphasised that, 'This is the right time for property buyers as the property prices in Hyderabad are reasonable and affordable as compared to any other metro and even in comparison to a few smaller metros in the country.'
