Naidu to leave for Singapore tomorrow Hyderabad, November 10: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will leave for Singapore along with the 12-member high power delegation on Tuesday.
The Chief Minister will participate as special guest at the annual South Asian Conference in the island nation and deliver the keynote address in the prestigious meeting. Naidu will have a busy schedule during his three-day visit when he is expected to call on captains of the industry to hold deliberations on investment promotion and capital construction.
The Chief Minister will be accompanied by, among others, Ministers Y. Ramakrishnudu and P. Narayana, advisors J. Satyanarayana and P. Prabhakar, K. Rammohan Rao, AP's special representative in New Delhi and senior bureaucrats S.P. Tucker, J.S.V. Prasad, A. Giridhar and D. Sambasiva Rao.
The Ministry of External Affairs has communicated its no objection from political angle to the proposed visit of the Chief Minister to Singapore, according to the Government order issued on Monday.
The Government had accordingly requested the Indian Embassy in Singapore to arrange accommodation, local transport and other facilities for the visiting delegation.
