FAST guidelines are under finalisation: KCR
Hyderabad, Nov 13 (INN): Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Thursday informed the State Legislative Assembly that the guidelines for Financial Assistance to Students of Telangana (FAST) were under finalisation, so as to enable the poor and eligible students to pursue higher studies.
In his reply to a question raised by Congress MLAs including Dr G Chinna Reddy, DK Aruna and others during Question Hour, the Chief Minister said the issue of cut off year 1956 as nativity for availing the FAST benefit was under examination of the government. However, he denied that there was lot of confusion and unrest among the students with regard to fee reimbursement.
